We created KiKi and KZ to apply for a more representative voice to All Out Kids product reviews and social media. Having two kids speak to the experience of kids on a kids gear store is fairly obvious, but it can be cumbersome to find kids to speak (and sign FOIP).
That’s why having characters speak is so much easier – it builds the brand voice, and adds a layer of fun to the website and social channels.
